This Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The provisions detailed below determine the rights and responsibilities of our valued members ("MEMBER") who will benefit from our services.

Delivery Information

After purchasing the subscription package you have chosen, the purchased credit limit will be automatically transferred to your membership account. It is processed as. Additionally, an e-invoice for your purchase is sent to the e-mail address you specified during membership registration.

Return and Cancellation Conditions

1. TRANSLEYT offers translation, simplification, conversion and OCR services depending on subscription packages, within the purchased credit limit.

Within the scope of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Member has the right to purchase the subscription package without giving any reason. has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal. However, TRANSLEYT applies the following special conditions:

Package cancellation condition for the Member who applies to the institution within 7 days from the date of purchasing the subscription package at TRANSLEYT: "10% of the Package Price + (Package Price / Total Credit) * Amount of Credit Used" + In case of credit card commission, commission fee + Credit card cancellation fee is calculated. After the calculated amount is deducted from the package price excluding VAT, the sale is canceled and the remaining amount is transferred to the Member's account.
4. In addition to the subscription package, the Member can send the Special Credits and All Kinds of Digital Documents received from TRANSLEYT to TRANSLEYT within 7 days after applying for cancellation. It must be returned to . Otherwise, the Member is deemed not to have made a Cancellation Application.
5. No refunds will be made for translation, simplification, conversion and OCR services used during the subscription period.
6. For monthly subscriptions: a) The end of the subscription period If a cancellation request is made within 7 days from the start, a refund will be made according to the formula in article 3. b) No refunds will be made for cancellation requests made after 7 days, but service use will continue until the end of the subscription period.
7. For annual subscriptions: a) If a cancellation request is made within 14 days from the beginning of the subscription period, as per article 3. Refunds are made according to the formula. b) For cancellation requests made after 14 days, a proportionate refund will be made based on the number of remaining months.
8. No refund will be made to the Member who cannot benefit from the service subject to the contract due to the Member reporting incomplete or invalid information and documents.

Natural disasters determined by law, epidemics, war, mobilization, fire, explosion, strike, lockout, cancellation of authority, suspension, official authorities that occur in a way and to a degree that partially or completely, temporarily or permanently stops TRANSLEYT's working opportunities. Decisions taken by the company and situations that occur beyond the control of the institution are considered force majeure.
10. In such situations, the institution will not be responsible for not fulfilling its obligations or fulfilling them late during the continuation of the force majeure. Following the occurrence of force majeure, TRANSLEYT will immediately notify the Member of the situation in writing or through other communication channels. In case of a change in the current legislation, the service will be treated in parallel.
11. The Member cannot request the cancellation of the service subject to the contract by citing a change of job or abandonment of the subscription package. The member undertakes to approve the contract by knowing this situation.

The member declares that he/she accepts the above conditions by approving this contract.
